How to Order
If you know exactly what you would like to buy, for example you've chosen items in one of our catalogues, the simplest way to find it is to type its name or product code into the search box (found at the top of every page of our site).
If you're looking for a particular type of item, but haven't chosen anything specific, you can search using a general name such as "clock" or "table".
Alternatively, you can make your way around the site using the various links until you find what you were looking for, or simply browse until something catches your eye. To find out more about a product, click on the image of the product or on the 'More Info' button. You'll then be taken to that product's page, which shows you image(s) of the item, more information about the item, a 'Buy' button to add the item to your Basket, and sometimes links to other related products.
Adding Items To Your Basket
When you click on 'Buy', the item is added to your Basket (on the right-hand side of the screen). This is a place to store anything you intend to buy. You can of course remove items from your Basket if you change your mind.
When you've finished shopping, click 'View Basket' (on the right-hand side of the screen). Here you will see a summary of everything in your Basket. You can change the quantity of any item by entering the new quantity and clicking on 'Update' (to remove an item, change the quantity to zero). Always remember to click 'Update' after changing a quantity. When you're ready to buy, click 'Proceed to checkout' to begin filling out the order form.
Completeing The Order Form
On the first page, fill out your name, email and address details. You only need to fill in your house number and postcode; to save you time we complete the rest of your address from these details (you have the opportunity to check and amend them on the next page).
Check the 'Remember Me' box to save you having to enter these details when you return to our site. (This service relies on a cookie being placed on your computer; if you clear your cookies, then you will have to re-enter your address details next time you order.) When you're ready, click 'Continue'.
On the second page of the checkout, check that the address details shown are correct. The 'Contact' address must be the same as the address the credit card bill is sent to. If you require the goods to be sent to an alternative delivery address, or if there is an error in the 'Contact' address, click the appropriate 'I want to change the address listed' button, fill out the form, and click submit. Click continue when you are happy with the order details shown.
The next page of the checkout is where you fill in your payment information. We accept the following credit cards:
Fill out your payment details and click 'Process Order' to complete your order.
Placing An Order
Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods only when your order is despatched. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Premier Edition for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. A separate email will be sent to you confirming the despatch of the item(s) and therefore the charge to your credit/debit card.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £5.95
Standard delivery within the UK costs £5.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders are despatched within 48 hours and should ordinarily arrive within five working days.
EXPRESS UK DELIVERY – STANDARD DELIVERY PLUS £4.95
We do offer a 24 hour delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders of in stock items received on weekdays before 2pm guaranteed to arrive within 24 hours. This costs an additional £4.95. You will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required, so if no-one is at the specified delivery address when delivery is attempted, a card will be posted through your door. Our express service is only available for orders placed for delivery on a weekday. Unfortunately we are not able to make express deliveries at the weekend, nor can we provide an express service to Jersey, the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, counties north of west lothian or Northern Ireland.
SPECIAL CARRIER – STANDARD DELIVERY PLUS £12.95 OR £19.95
Heavy items such as furniture are marked with a 'Special Carrier' symbol, and due to their bulk there is a £12.95 delivery charge per item, this is in addition to the standard order delivery charge of £5.95. Items marked with two ‘Special Carrier’ symbols incur an extra delivery charge of £19.95 per item in addition to the standard £5.95. Please allow up to 5 working days from date of despatch for delivery of these large items. Unfortunately our Express Delivery service is not available on these items. We regret that we cannot ship Special Carrier items to the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. If you do not wish to accept the new delivery date, simply email email@example.com or call 0845 121 8002 and we will cancel your order. Your credit/debit card will not have been charged as your order will not have been despatched.
When the items ordered form part of a set then we will only despatch your order when all items become available.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.
Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 21 days of receipt for a refund. We always aim to process returns as quickly as possible and within 10 working days. However, please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
The right to return goods or cancel your order does not apply to personalised goods featuring a personal message or monogram.
Simply attach the return address sticker that appears at the bottom of your despatch note, to the original packaging. This is not a reply paid label; customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods. If you have mislaid the returns address sticker supplied, the address for returns is;

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us. A free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office will allow you to claim for a lost parcel, up to the value of £46.00. If the value of the order you are returning is greater than £46.00, we recommended you use Special Delivery Next Day which has a compensation service of up to £2,500. This service is available at the Post Office and prices currently start at £5.45. All of these prices and services are subject to change by the Post Office.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
We do not offer a WEEE direct take back service at point of delivery but please contact us to arrange collection of your old item after your new item has been delivered

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
We may occasionally swap our mailing list with other companies whose products we think will be of interest. We will then send a single catalogue to their customers and in return they can send a single catalogue to our customers. Your details will not be added to their mailing list unless you request it. You Have A Right To Cancel
You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you intend to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must call us on 0845 121 8002 or email us at email@example.com to inform us that you are returning the goods under this regulation. You will be given a unique reference number that will alert our returns department of your intentions. If you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. To qualify for a multi-buy offer, all the items must be in stock or available to purchase. Where one item is offered free of charge and not all the items are the same price, then it is the cheapest item which is offered free of charge. If an item is returned which brings the total number of items retained below the offer threshold, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that the offer is no longer valid. Previous purchases are not eligible for this offer.
We accept online payment in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layering technology (SSL) by credit card, or debit card. This means that on any page where you enter your personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. Encryption prevents other internet users from accessing this information. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen.
As well as being convenient, shopping over the internet is a safe and secure way to shop. To help keep it safe we suggest you always close down your internet browser when you have finished shopping online, especially if you use a shared PC. This will delete temporary Internet cookies from any sites you may have visited.
It’s also good practise to keep your password as unique as possible and not to choose obvious passwords, such as your name, partner's name, or other personal information which could be easily obtained by a third party.
